Delivery details, payment details and other things you need to know

  • Delivery Information - We try to put your goods in the post within 24hrs and can only delivery to the UK. All goods are send second class post in a strong poly envelope. We can offer first class or courier delivery at an additional cost, please contact us on 01369 830040 for details. If you are abroad and wanting any products please contact us via the contact page with details of location and number of  Potty training items you are looking to purchase, we will then supply several shipping costs if possible.

 

  • Payment is through our sister company Snazzypants The Nappy Shop (est 2001), www.snazzypants.co.uk and will appear on your statement as Snazzypants.

 

  •  We do not pass on any of your information, and all details are kept secure. We also do not email you unless it's regarding your Potty People order or you have signed up to our mailing list.

 

  •  Please provide an email address or phone number so that we can contact you should we have any problems with any part of your Potty People order.

 

  • We are VAT registered however children's wear is VAT exempt but equipment such as bedding etc vat is applied at 17.5% our VAT registration no. 801415281
